How Do I Signup for Internet Banking?

The Frederick Community Bank has made signing up for an Internet Banking Account Easy! 

Just click on the "Enroll Now" link in the login box, read and agree to the enrollment terms, enter your contact information and account verification details.  Once verified by the staff at The Frederick Community Bank, you will be notified and then you're setup to use all the great features in Internet Banking!  You will be emailed an Internet Banking & eStatements Opt-In Enrollment Form that will need to be completed and returned to a customer service representative at the bank.  You can download and fill the form by clicking here.


How Do I Get eStatements / How Do I Signup For eStatements?

The Frederick Community Bank eStatements are now hosted through Internet Banking.  Hosting eStatements in Internet Banking is a secure way to access your statement information.

You will have to have an Internet Banking account to signup for and receive eStatements.  If you have not signed up through Internet Banking before your next statement cycle a paper statement will be printed and mailed to you (and may generate an additional reoccurring cost).  To opt-in and receive eStatements,  please complete the opt-in form here.


How Do I Sign Up for Bill Pay?

Our Bill Pay platform was is available upon request within the Internet Banking Platform / Mobile App.  Once approved Bill Pay will be available within the Internet Banking Platform and Mobile App.

Within Bill Pay, you can also setup bill pay payees with a snap of a picture with Picture Pay; send Person to Person (P2P) payments instantly to anyone with a debit card; setup eBills for electronic payment of bills, etc.
